With the book “Rethinking Agile“, Dr Klaus Leopold has written the standard work on business agility. The subtitle “Why agile teams have nothing to do with business agility” sums up the book’s content and the corporate philosophy of LEANability. Our books are written with an apparent practical reference so that you can optimally transfer the knowledge into practice.

LEANability means LEAN consulting. We are clearly different from classic consulting houses that sell “as many as possible” consultant days as their theme. Our approach is clearly “as much as necessary” and highly individual. It’s all about your success!
